My most loved things for Janurary

All things I loved throughout the month of January:
Heating pad.
I’m not a fan of the electric plug in heating pads. I prefer to be able to warm up my heating pad in the microwave for about 3 minutes. During those three minutes, I take my morning vitamins with water and prepare my coffee. Then for the next few minutes I’m able to warm up, loosen up, and relax for a few minutes as I enjoy my coffee.

Red Raspberry Leaf tea.
My post holiday period was AWFUL. I felt it was time to set my hormones back on track. With the colder nights, I found myself craving more teas so the Red Raspberry Leaf tea with a little honey was the perfect nightcap for the month of January.
Red Light Therapy.
I use my red light therapy (almost) every morning. I set my alarm to wake up before my son, turn on my red light, and pick a morning meditation that is about 15-20 minutes. This sets my morning and day up for success. It has been a huge game changer for my mood and helping to release any tension I built up overnight.
The brand I use is Hooga health. Discount automatically included with this link:

Osea undaria algae body oil.
This winter has been brutal on my skin! My go to moisturizer has been Osea’s Undaria Algae body oil. This oil absorbs so nicely into the skin leaving my skin feeling hydrated and not excessively oily. I even have caught my husband reaching for the oil this month. Osea is a great clean skin company that I love.

Mary Ruth’s Vitamin C.
I added this vitamin to my line up this past month. With cold and flu season upon us I wanted to boost my immune system as much as possible to help fight anything off.

Raw Milk.
To be honest about this one, I just wanted to try it out. We have been sourcing some of our food straight from a farm and raw milk was the only option for milk. Raw milk may contain more vitamins, minerals, and enzymes than pasteurized milk. My favorite though has been the taste! It’s more creamier and overall delicious. We use milk for smoothies, coffee, and if I need something quick to fill me up- I’ll pour a small glass!
